This has reference to the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA) scheduled on 23/03/2020 and further mail dated 13.03.2020 regarding postponement of the said meeting due to corona pandemic. Now the EGM is scheduled on 20th July 2020 at 11.30 AM through Web-meeting.

Online voting is for name change of IRMRA(Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association) to IRMRI (Indian Rubber Material Research Institute).

The deadline for online Voting is 19th July 2020 by 5 PM i.e a day before EGM day i.e 20th July 2020. If you miss the deadline, you can vote during EGM day wherein we will suitably facilitate you for voting online or by physical print (by taking the form and sign and send by mail).

The information you provide using this service is exempt from public disclosure except that it is available upon request to election officials, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry , Government of India.
