  • M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University in 2008

Industrial Experience:

  • Worked as a Lecturer in Polytechnic College, Nagpur for one year.
  • Full time Research Scholar at Department of Chemistry, Visvesvarya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur.
  • PhD thesis involves the studies on reinforcement effect of in situ generated nano silica by sol-gel process into rubber and rubber blend matrices.
  • Core research area includes reinforcement of rubber matrix with nano filler, non-black type in particular with emphasis on the modification rubber-filler interface (rubber modification / filler surface modification).
  • Investigating the structure-property correlation of the composite materials for understanding the behavior and properties of the rubber-filler interface which is key factor for the most property enhancement.
  • Worked on the preparation and utilization of Layered Double Hydroxide (LDH) as multifunctional nano material for removal of dyes and removal of toxic pollutants from water by adsorption or catalytic method and also, as an additive for polymer matrix.
  • Experience of teaching as Assistant Professor at Engineering College, Nagpur
